What we collect

Contact details you give us in a request: name, email, your route and trip details, your bike and its tank size.
Position data during a ride you have booked: GPS location, speed, heading and timestamps from the device or app you choose to share with us.
Operational notes an operator makes during your ride (stops, calls, incidents).

Why

To plan your ride, to guide and support you while you ride, to respond if something goes wrong, and to send you the post-ride report. Nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We do not ask for or store health information. If you choose to tell an operator something relevant during a ride, it stays with that operator and is not recorded.
We do not track you outside a ride you have booked.

Retention

Position data and operational notes are deleted 30 days after your trip ends, unless you ask us to keep your post-ride report. Contact details are kept while you are a client and deleted on request.

Where

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany). We are based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and operate under the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time: info@liveridecontrol.com.

Live links for family

If you create a live link, anyone with that link can see your position while it is active. You can switch it off at any time and it expires when the ride ends.
